Care

• Avoid excessive moisture

Although we use waterproof silicone for our decoden items, moisture can degrade resin charms on the decoden pieces. Avoid exposing decoden items to water or excessive humidity whenever possible. If the item does get wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry completely before storing or using it again.

• Handle with care

While decoden items can be sturdy, they may still be susceptible to damage if handled roughly. Be mindful when handling or transporting decorated items to prevent accidental bumps, drops, or pressure that could dislodge decorative elements or damage the underlying surface.

• Avoid direct sunlight

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause colors to fade and materials to deteriorate over time. Transparent and crystal silicone can turn yellow due to sun exposure. Store decoden items away from direct sunlight when not in use.

• Clean gently

When cleaning decoden items, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe away dust or dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or rough scrubbing tools, as these can damage both the decorations and the underlying surface.

• Store properly

When not in use, store decoden-decorated items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Consider using protective packaging or display cases to prevent dust buildup and minimize the risk of damage during storage.
