How long does it take to receive my order?
For charms and ready-to-ship items: Time to process your order is 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery time doesn't include processing time.
For made-to-order items: it takes 2 to 10 weeks to complete. If your phone model's blank case or certain materials are not in-stock, they will need to be ordered. Typically, most cases are completed within 1-2 weeks.
